2011: Out with the Old and in with the New

Food for thought: How to Destroy Past Lives

Love this... a little extreme but such a cool idea!

As I approach my 21st birthday in March, I am beginning to think of who, what, when and why I am including into my precious life years and onwards. Apparently my hydrogen atoms will reinvent themselves for the third time in my life- making me a totally new person!  I've recently been reflecting on this article a lot, thinking of how I want to incorporate it into my life. (Except for destroying past work- that's crazy in my book)

As I work incorporating less old and more new into my life, I of course apply this to fashion as well! (A perfect excuse to shop!)

My good friends- Becca and Pam -and I went on an excursion to Indianapolis for a day out on the town.  These city girls needed a bit of a Bloomington break...

Sporting sweaters and totes, Pam (left) and Becca (right) face a day of shopping!

Today I sported: A black and white scale (to help celebrate MLK weekend, of course) polished with new winter boots, a Chanel purse, pearls and a venti Americano.
