Finally. The day has come.  The Keurig Coffee Maker has arrived.

I will be the first to admit that I have an addiction to yes, coffee.  And honestly, I prefer to keep it that way. We each have to pick our poison... and I picked mine.  I like my addiction, any moment in my day can be well complimented by a cup of joe for many heart warming sips. To name a few... When I wake up (dark roast please), when I walk to class in the snow (doubles as a hand warmer), when I need an afternoon pick me up, or lets be real-- when I need any kind of pick me up, when I meet with a good friend (large Americano, please!) or when I meet with a lame friend (Small house blend, please!) and finally, for a steaming cup of comfort to chase a big dinner and to help closure for the day.


As for any haters? Cram it.  It's a foolproof way to improve during any and all parts of the day. Not to mention it's cheap, legal, abundant, and even celebrated.  Let me know when that can be topped.


My love for my freshly brewed drug-of-choice was able to come to life when I received a few Amazon gift cards this past Christmas.  I'm fascinated by the 6-12 oz brew sizes, the variety of coffees available, the reusable filter that I can use to brew my bagged coffee, as well as the capacity to brew hot and iced coffee.  It's an investment for sure, but besides Rosie and the coffee beans themselves, it really is the gift that keeps on giving.  Drink up, my friends.
