Recycling... Good for the Earth, Closet and Soul

It's in the January and February months that things seem really become drab.  The Holiday season is over and as were all feeling it's hangover we are also desperately counting down the days until Spring Break comes. It's the perfect time to either A.) Through your hands up and resign to sweats and uggs until your Cabo trip or B.) Recycle.  Go searching into the depths of your closet and start spicing up your wardrobe with old pieces in new ways.  It's a way to creatively spend winter and to add some zest to the Midwestern gloom and to come into spring with a wallet that's not totally depleted.

Today I sported:
A Maxi dress from last summer folded down and turned into this seasons long skirt.  Combined with a v- neck and simple sweater (4$ from F21!) its a comfy way to saunter through my day.  Also, my feet could use a break from the boots... What other way to take a break than with the classic Tory Burch flats!

Quote for the day-

"This life is what you make it. Not matter what, you're going to mess up sometimes, it's a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you're going to mess it up. Girls will be your friends - they'll act like it anyway. But just remember, some come, some go. The ones that stay with you through everything - they're your true best friends. Don't let go of them."  -Marilyn Monroe
